About me:
I have been married for 6 years. I have two little girls, a three year old and a 7 month old. My family is the most important thing in the whole world to me. As for my cooking profile, I have been cooking since I was 10 and joined the 4-H. As a young teenager I started making cakes and pastries from scratch, something my mom never did. When I got in High School I took all the cooking classes that I could. A couple of years ago I became a Pampered Chef Consultant. Cooking is so much fun for me. If Full Time Mother wasn't my career, I'd love to own my own bakery.

Fried Chicken with Creamy Gravy

Reviewed on Aug. 3, 2008 by Eileen in UT
This was really simple and really good. We were running out of ideas for food and trying to use what we had and this fit the bill. I used boneless/skinless chicken breasts, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Everyone raved about it, and my two-year-old kept asking for more and more of the chicken. It went great with mashed potatoes and corn. Not exactly a health-conscious dish, but good for some nice comfort food without having to go to a restaurant.
