About me:
Life began at 40 for me. Met my husband (Dave) Feb 17 06, who is a WO1 in the Royal Navy. We married on 28th October 06 - best day of my life. I have a 10 year old son who is the light of my life. We shall shortly be moving to Banbury in Oxfordshire once my husband comes back from the Gulf (August) after being away for 7 months. A whole new start and a whole new exciting life.

Yum! I originally tried this on holiday in Wales this past "summer" and it was delicious. It was recommended to me to try it spread with butter, the way the Welsh have it, and I loved it. This recipe is the exact of what I had in that little cafe in Wales and tastes fantastic. A definite must on my table this winter

I used this recipe SO much last year but when I came to make it again this fall I couldn't remember where I'd found the recipe... what a disaster! I am SOO happy to have found it again because it is phenomenal... so easy, so delicious and never fails to impress! Thank you soooo much!

Easy Granola Bars

These are pretty good. I added seedless raisens rather than cranberries because of the cost, and couldnt find anything other than organic chocolate drops so used smashed up plain cooking chocolate pieces. I also missed out coconut because I can't stand the stuff! They're really moreish and my daughter loves them. We will be taking them camping with us on Saturday.
